Zeit: 100% Mo-Fr (22:00-06:00) Befristet 1 Jahr

Die ideale Person für diese Stelle hat folgende Voraussetzungen:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition / Logistik

• Berufserfahrung in der Importverzollung (Schweiz), Gute Kenntnisse der schweizerischen Zollprozesse (z. B. E‑dec Import, Passar, Transitverfahren)

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse zwingend, Französisch von Vorteil

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑ und Teamfähigkeit

• Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit

• Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität auch in hektischen Phasen

• Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS‑Office‑Programmen

Tätigkeitsbereiche:

• Abwicklung von Importverzollungen inkl. Abklärungen und Korrekturen

• Erstellung von Zolldeklarationen mit E‑dec / Passar

• Prüfung der verzollungsrelevanten Dokumente

• Kundenkontakt sowie Kommunikation mit Zollbehörden
