Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

ZEIT: Montag bis Freitag 4.00 Uhr bis 13.00 Uhr

Die ideale Person für diese Stelle hat folgende Voraussetzungen:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition / Logistik

Berufserfahrung in der Importverzollung (Schweiz), Gute Kenntnisse der schweizerischen Zollprozesse (z. B. E‑dec Import, Passar, Transitverfahren)

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse zwingend, Französisch von Vorteil

Ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑ und Teamfähigkeit

Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit

Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität auch in hektischen Phasen

Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS‑Office‑Programmen

Tätigkeitsbereiche:

Abwicklung von Importverzollungen inkl. Abklärungen und Korrekturen

Erstellung von Zolldeklarationen mit E‑dec / Passar

Prüfung der verzollungsrelevanten Dokumente

Kundenkontakt sowie Kommunikation mit Zollbehörden

Unterstützung bei Zollbeschauen und administrativen Aufgaben für Basel und Bern
