
Job Title: Import Specialist
Location: Troy, MI
Key Responsibilities: Handling Import scheduling, import-related documentation, and weekly import settlements
Working with U.S. Customs to facilitate SERVEONE's imports and exports
Handling import scheduling, import related documentation, and weekly import settlements
Ensuring proper regulatory compliance for all international transactions
Receiving POs and and managing FOB cost
Managing shipping plans, HS-CODE and country of origin
Following up for quality claims and submitting the verified documents
Completing various other tasks, as needed that might include free trade agreements, duty drawback Initiatives, internal audit functions and transaction reviews
Communicating with various external parties such as forwarders, overseas vendors, customers, carriers, and shipping companies to prepare and coordinate logistics
