At Rohlig Belgium there are 13 people working in 2 locations.

Are you an experienced import operator with a passion for logistics and supply chain management? Rohlig Antwerp is looking for a driven professional who will be responsible for coordinating and executing import activities, managing customs formalities, and optimizing the import process.

What you will do:

• Coordinating and following up on import shipments from A to Z
• Handling customs formalities and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• Maintaining communication with clients and other logistics partners
• Processing documents and reports, with good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Cargosoft/EDI and a Cargo Wise certification is a big plus
• Identifying and resolving potential issues during the import process
• Contributing to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the department
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods

What you bring:

• 2-3 years of experience as an import operator or in a similar role
• Knowledge of customs procedures and international logistics
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities
• Proactive and problem-solving skills
