About this Position

  • Import& Export Supervisor role mainly focuses on import and export process smoothly at execution level.
  • Ensuring the legality and compliance of import and export operations.
  • Establish a professional, efficient, and
    harmonious Import& Export team.

What you´ll do

  • Manages day-to-day activities of Import& Export team to ensure KPs meet standards, such as customs declaration elements accuracy, customs clearance on time, compliance, no penalty and so on.
  • Be responsible for Import& Export team management and supplier management.
  • Establish corresponding logistics, import and export processes based on business and improve relevant SOPs. And identify potential risks in advance and propose alternative plans for key problems of business.
  • Participate in other related affairs of functional lines according to work arrangement.
  • Continuous improvement projects.

    from MM Supervisor.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree and above.
  • More than 10 years of relevant import and export work experience.
  • More than 5 years of bonded processing manual work experience, familiar with bonded processing manual clearance.
  • International trade education background.
  • Good MS office skills and analytical skills.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Be proactive, flexible, have sufficient insight, strong communication and coordination skills and problem-solving skills both in English and Chinese.
  • Able to independently support and promote multiple projects, experience
    in communicating with local customs and other regulatory departments is
    preferred.
