Import & Export Specialist

HCMC | Viet Nam (VN) | Full-time | Permanent

Trách nhiệm công việc / Job responsibilities:

• Interfer with planning team to deploy import-export shipments.
• Creating SI/ Sale contract for import shipments.
• Check and confirm import shipping documentations.
• Key contact point for export shipments, including FG and Bulk exports.
• Interfer with planning team for export finish goods: getting PO and sending demand to planning team, generate Export sale contract.
• Request factory for production.
• Contact with customers and Factory to get booking and schedule for loading plan.
• Create export shipping docs.
• Follow up and problem solving during pick up empty and landing cargo at port.
• Follow up shipments until finish registering to vessel book.
• Submit SI, VGM, check draft Bill of lading to confirm final version.
• Send Shipping docs to customers.
• Send all finish docs to accounting to issue domestic invoice.
• Problem solving after cargo arrive customer side (if any).
• SAP input and data management for Import-Export team.
• Manage Master code and data for export product.
• Working with stakeholder includes oversea customer, Tech-ops, shipping line agent to arrange shipment.
• Prepare shipping documents for those import and export procedure.
• Prepare reports to authorities (DOH, Customs…)
• Sort out and storage import-export documents.
• Admin task like raise PR, PO for services

Kỹ năng yêu cầu/ Skill’s requirements:

• Carefully, teamwork skill.
• Proficiency in MS office, specially excel.
• Be able to communication in English.
• Knowledge on materials import E31 and FG export E62.
• Knowledge on pharma product is a plus.
• At least 2 years in import-export documentation.
