Manufacturing/ Production Industry
Pioneer, 5days workweek
Basic + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

• Complete import purchase orders/contracts and ensure all related documentation is accurate and properly prepared.
• Check the completeness and accuracy of shipping documents.Ensure import permits are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
• Handle export sales contracts, process sales orders, and prepare all related export documentation and billing to customers.
• Complete export permits and Certificates of Origin (CO), as required.
• Ensure customer payments are received by the due date.
• Check freight vendors invoices and create PR/PO/SES to ensure timely submission to IV.
• Manage local sales contracts, process sales orders, and billing to customers.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or Shipping with minimum 2 years of working experience in import and export functions industry
• Knowledge in SAP system, Excel, Word, and TradeWeb/TradeNet, etc
• Knowledge in freight forwarder environment, customs handling and logistics
• Familiar with incoterms and shipping terms
