Responsibilities:

· Organise, verify and submit shipping and customs documentation for sea freight imports

· Ensure all documents are accurate and complete.

· Comply with international trade regulations and customs requirements

· Cooperate with customers, customs brokers and other partners to assist in smooth flow of day-to-day work

· Create and send arrival notices to inform customers and arrange timely pick up delivery

· Address delays or other issues with documents and shipments to ensure efficient operations

Requirements

· BSc or equivalent degree

· 2+ years’ experience in a similar position

· Ability to communicate confidently in Greek and English (verbal and written)

· Effective use of MS Office 365 applications

· Team spirit

· Time management skills

· Attention to detail

· Communication skills
