Import Assistant

What You'll Be Doing

• Responsible for the communication of information regarding the resolution of customer issues dealing with transportation pickups, claims, and the incorrect receiving of assets at a processing plant.

• Coordinate and communicate with customs brokers.

• Invoices and Account management: manage freight clearing account, charge back invoices to the branch, code and approve invoices

• Daily reports on the operation coordination, Annex 24 (Inventory control), Annex 22 (Pedimentos).

• IMMEX Operations.

• Close communication with multiple areas.

What You'll Need

• Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1-3 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.

• Experience with Annex 22 (Pedimentos)

• Experience with IMMEX program.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; intermediate English level.

• Strong attention to detail.

Even better if you have:

• Experience with Oracle and Aranxel is a plus.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$13,875.00 - $18,737.49 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
