In this role, you’ll work closely with our customers to ensure a smooth transition to our proprietary software platforms — from discovery to configuration, testing, go-live, and beyond. What You’ll Do

• Lead or support software implementations for customers with low to moderate complexity, both remotely and onsite.
• Analyze customer workflows, configure our software to match their needs, and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Conduct quality assurance and testing using SQL and application expertise to ensure every implementation is successful.
• Collaborate across teams — including Product Support, Development, and Project Management — to meet timelines and deliver outstanding results.
• Provide product training, documentation, and guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Identify and communicate product improvements based on customer feedback and implementation experience.
• Serve as a mentor to Implementation Specialist I team members and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.
• Travel to client sites up to 25% of the time (including some weekends as needed).

What You’ll Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 
  
  Experience: 4+ years in a similar implementation, technical support, or business systems role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Moderate experience with SQL, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work with Oracle Databases and extract/analyze data using SQL
• Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for excellent customer service

• Paid Time Off: Eligible to begin accrual from date of hire; accrual amount based on years of service. Beginning accrual rate equivalent to 22 days per year. 9 holidays which include the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve. Up to 240 hours of PTO can roll over to the following year.
• Volunteer Time: 8 hours per year
• Retirement: Robust 401K. Following one year of eligible service, the Company contributes in two ways: (1) match of 100% of each dollar you contribute on the first five percent (5%) of eligible compensation, and (2) Employer basic contribution of 4% of base salary (with increases in basic contribution percentage based on years of service). Employees are 100% vested in Company funded contributions from the date they enter the plan.
