Implementation Specialist

Role:

• responsible for implementation from kick off to go-live and hyper care
• works closely with clients by participating on project meetings to understand their needs and goals
• manage project requirements, timeline and alignment on key objectives
• supports ADP Global Team and ICP with delivering tasks through project lifecycle
• direct day-to-day coordination of tasks within matrixed organization and 3rd parties
• ensures implementation meets ADP standard processes and mitigate potential gaps
• accountable for driving closure of all escalated issues, either independently or through engagement of other stakeholders

Requirements:

• excellent in communication and coordination skills in both – English and Czech/Slovak language
• experience with Project Management ideally with international stakeholders
• strong focus on client service
• structured and analytical mindset written and spoken
• understanding of payroll process, systems and ADP standards is a plus
• ability to establish and retain positive relationship with clients and project participants manage multiple simultaneous implementations with various clients
