We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Implementation Specialist to join our Implementation and Legal Product team! In this role, you'll work closely with new clients to understand their needs, showcase the value of our software, and ensure a seamless implementation process. You'll
play a key role in change management and building strong client relationships. If you enjoy engaging with people, solving problems, and want to grow your career in a dynamic environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring successful implementation of Smokeball for clients of varying software knowledge and experience
• Collaborate with the Data Migration team to manage migration timelines, validate data accuracy, and ensure a seamless transition into Smokeball.
• Develop and execute change management strategies that help clients smoothly transition to new workflows and technologies.
• Work with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities where Smokeball can add value.
• Monitor client usage and engagement during the implementation phase to ensure successful adoption of Smokeball’s software.
• Conduct regular check-ins and ongoing support with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to the implementation plan.
• Gather client feedback during the implementation process to inform product development and enhancements.
• Monitor client progress and take a proactive approach to support their needs as they evolve during the first 90 days
• Actively participate in the team culture, demonstrating our behaviours and values

What we are looking for:

• You will have at least 2+ years of experience in implementation roles within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of successfully guiding multiple clients through complex software implementations and driving product adoption at any given time.
• Experience in driving customer outcomes, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
• Confidence to adapt and learn new programs, and systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
