Role Overview:

SUMMARY

The Implementation Analyst is responsible for analyzing, validating, and converting client data into RealPage systems to ensure accurate and timely product deployment. This role requires strong analytical capability, technical proficiency, and attention to detail to translate business requirements into system configurations while maintaining data integrity and implementation quality standards.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop mastery of the conversion tools required to successfully implement RealPage products and services
  • Manipulate client submitted materials into a format useable by RealPage Conversion Utilities
  • Review client business practices and confirm data is converted in a way that best utilizes RealPage products
  • Complete accurate manual entry of data and analyze reports produced as required by the implementation process
  • Review complex orders to confirm that all services being provided have been properly requested
  • Perform peer review of the work produced by teammates to ensure it meets department quality standards
  • Perform external quality assurance of the work produced by teammates to ensure it meets department quality standards
  • Communicate with clients to resolve complex issues with their submitted conversion materials, as required
  • Document issues encountered through the implementation process using account management tools, such as Salesforce
  • Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects within a short time frame
  • Communicate with management regarding the status of assignments and any obstacles encountered that may hinder the achievement of designated goals
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of new hire employees

Qualifications

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field required
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in software implementation, systems configuration, financial systems, or process-driven operational roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements
  • Demonstrate experience translating business requirements into system configurations and technical solutions
  • Proficiency in working with data sets, reconciliations, data validation, and ensuring system accuracy during migrations or conversions
  • High attention to detail with strong quality control discipline to ensure data integrity and configuration accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery timelines and quality standards
  • Strong understanding of implementation lifecycle, project milestones, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to drive accountability, manage expectations, and influence timely client action
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis, reconciliations) required
  • Experience with ERP, property management systems, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), or similar enterprise systems preferred

Work Schedule & Setup

  • Must be willing to work onsite during the first 90 days of training
  • Hybrid setup begins on the 4th month, with two onsite days per week
  • Supports US business operations - Fixed graveyard shift schedule with night differential pay
