Join Spotlight Retail Groups' dynamic property team as an Junior Project Manager and use your retail expertise to oversee our store projects.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee and manage multiple Minor store projects simultaneously.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Adhere to strict OH&S guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on project progress.
• Provide support for fixture development and placement.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
• Onsite management of contractors

About You:

Perfect opportunity for a Retail Store Team Leader or Store Manager to apply and expand their experience within retail store project management

• You must have previous team leadership experience within Retail environment
• Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong stakeholder management & customer service orientation
• Demonstrated understanding of the core retail operations activities
• Strong time management skills and sense of urgency
• Excellent communication skills along with attention to detail
