Implementation Project Manager

NPact is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.

• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.

• Lead client meetings and provide regular status updates.

• Track project risks, issues, and action items.

• Coordinate internal resources and client stakeholders.

• Manage project scope and ensure deadlines are met.

• Handle client escalations with professionalism and confidence.

• Support successful go-live and project closure activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in software implementations.

• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

• Experience with project management tools such as Zoho, Jira, Excel, and Microsoft Office.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Experience leading client-facing projects.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements.

• Calm, professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with nonprofit organizations is strongly preferred.

• Experience with Blackbaud solutions, including Raiser's Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT, is highly desirable

• Experience creating project plans, managing timelines, and delivering status reports.
