We’re seeking an experienced MFM Sonographer ready to take the next step—someone who wants to move beyond day-to-day scanning and help bring new clinics to life.

As an Implementation MFM Sonographer, you’ll play a critical role in launching new sites across the country. You’ll lead onsite training, shape workflows, and set clinical teams up for long-term success—all while continuing to deliver high-quality patient care.

What You'll Do:

• Perform high-quality sonographic procedures
• Lead onsite implementation support (1–13 week assignments)
• Partner in pre-launch planning to assess workflows and clinical needs
• Train and onboard new sonographers at client sites
• Track progress and documentation throughout each implementation
• Share post-launch insights (scan volumes, workflows, provider preferences)
• Step in for short-term coverage when needed
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality patient and client experience

Is This You?

• 2+ years of MFM sonography experience
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with an OB/GYN specialty
• Registered in Fetal Echocardiogram (FE), preferred
• Credentialed in Nuchal Translucency, Nasal Bone, and Cervical Length
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to problem-solve in varied clinical settings
• Knowledgeable of anatomy, medical terminology, and applied ultrasound physics for OBspecialty
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability across environments
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
• Comfort navigating new teams, workflows, and technology
• A steady, patient-first approach—especially in fast-moving situations
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future
