
Are you our new Manager for Client Project Implementation in Chennai, India
Maersk Training is looking for a commercially minded and client-focused leader to drive end-to-end implementation of Training Management Services (TMS) solutions for global customers.
In this role, you will act as the primary interface between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless onboarding, implementation, and adoption of TMS solutions. You will lead cross-functional project teams and work closely with customers to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality training management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of TMS solutions for key global clients
Act as the primary client-facing representative during onboarding and implementation phases
Translate client requirements into structured project plans, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal operational, digital, and training delivery teams
Drive project governance including scope management, risk mitigation, and timeline adherence
Facilitate key customer workshops, steering meetings, and executive reviews
Provide clear performance reporting and implementation updates to both customers and executive stakeholders
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, scalability, and digital enablement
Partner closely with digital development teams to refine and enhance client-facing TMS products / market place solution
We Are Looking For
10–12+ years of professional experience, with strong exposure to project implementation, client engagement, or consulting
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a global environment
Strong commercial understanding and ability to balance customer needs with business objectives
Excellent stakeholder management skills across senior client leaders and internal teams
Demonstrated leadership capability in driving accountability without direct authority
Experience working with digital platforms, SaaS solutions, or service implementations is an advantage
Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
A structured, solution-oriented mindset with high customer focus
