BASIC PURPOSE:
The Senior Implementation Manager is an integral part of the implementation and Enterprise Solutions teams, supporting the successful deployment of Cross Country Workforce Solutions (WFS) and Intellify (VMS) solutions for our clients. The Senior Implementation Manager will lead projects, workstreams and all phases of Implementation projects, and will coordinate various aspects during all implementation phases, ensuring timely and effective communication among internal teams and external clients, and will lead the offshore team to deliver special projects and ongoing client support post-implementation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Work closely with the Implementation Director to facilitate project activities throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
• Lead the development of project plans, timelines, and task assignments for projects assigned to them.
• Proactively lead workstreams either in part or in full for the duration of a project.
• Leverage Teams and Smartsheet to proactively follow up on Implementation milestones/tasks, leveraging exceptional communication to ensure completion of project deliverables by cross-functional project stakeholders.
• Lead development of client-facing or internal-facing PowerPoint(PPTX) presentations, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead development of client-facing or internal-facing Intellify training materials, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead offshore team members to complete special projects and support clients immediately post-launch in hyper-care period.
• Host Intellify training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to Implementation and Enterprise Solutions project and executive dashboards within PowerPoint, Smartsheet and Excel.
• Communicate project updates and status to internal stakeholders regularly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communications within Excel and Smartsheet.
• Generate reports on project progress and milestones for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively to resolve challenges and ensure the smooth progression of projects.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Intellify and the three delivery models of Intellify-MSP, VMS, and Tech Only.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Implementation and Enterprise Solutions Project Management Office (PMO) Intellify training documentation, project templates, and project artifacts.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or staffing industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing healthcare implementation projects, programs, or account management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
• Excellent listening, communication, and customer service skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
• Highly organized.
• Demonstrated analytical sense with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet is required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint required.
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow or other Service Desk applications.

Company equipment(laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse headset) will be provided directly to you for use during employment.
