About the Opportunity
As an Implementation Manager for Japan, you'll be responsible for leading critical client implementation projects on a national, regional and global level, owning end-to-end delivery from solution design through to operational use. You'll combine project leadership with hands-on technical delivery, managing coordination between clients and internal FCM stakeholders while configuring FCM technology solutions to ensure a smooth transition to business as usual.
We are looking for a customer-centric project leader with strong technical expertise who is ready to make a real impact in a highly visible role. Acting as the bridge between Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, Product and Operations, you'll work directly with clients to gather requirements, configure platforms, manage onboarding and change initiatives, and ensure solution integrity, client readiness and successful adoption throughout the implementation lifecycle.
