Job Title: Implementation Manager Fixed Network (Integration Focus)

Location: Onsite Islamabad (UK-based Projects)

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead and manage fixed network rollout and integration projects for our UK-based telecom client. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fixed-line technologies and extensive hands-on experience in integration and activation of network elements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and integration of fixed network infrastructure (FTTH/FTTx, GPON, Ethernet, etc.).

• Ensure seamless integration with legacy systems and third-party platforms.

• Coordinate with UK-based field teams, vendors, and the client's technical teams for project alignment.

• Manage end-to-end delivery from planning through installation, testing, integration, and handover.

• Track milestones and KPIs to ensure project targets and deadlines are met.

• Address technical issues, escalations, and provide integration troubleshooting.

• Ensure quality and compliance with UK industry and safety standards.

• Prepare detailed documentation, reports, and regular updates to internal and client stakeholders.

• Support the provisioning team for successful customer onboarding and service activation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Fixed Network project implementation and system integration.

• Strong knowledge of UK fixed network infrastructure and regulatory standards.

• Proficiency in GPON, FTTH, DSLAM, MSAN, Metro Ethernet, and IP/MPLS-based networks.

• Experience in integrating OLTs, ONTs, and OSS/BSS platforms.

• Solid understanding of provisioning systems and network testing tools.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Familiarity with UK H&S regulations and CDM guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.

• Experience with UK telecom operators .
