This role will work with our clients and internal teams to plan and manage all aspects of client and internal implementations.

About the team The Implementation Team is positioned within the Client Delivery organisation and is responsible for all aspects of assigned technical implementations. The team implements a wider range of technical change that may be focused on Client specific functional enhancements, large Client programmes and internal system-specific or infrastructure migrations or upgrades

What you will be doing:

  • Support and manage implementations for large complex programs, scoping requirements, building and refining runbooks, designing and executing dress rehearsals and cut over / migration events.
  • Plan and manage all aspects of technical implementations from initiation through to delivery, responsible for executing, reporting and control of the work.
  • Coordinate technical activities and tasks among project team members, internal departments, and Client organizations.
  • Be the key point of contact for the Client in customer engagement assignments.
  • Manage the integration of vendor/subcontractor tasks and track and review their deliverables.
  • Work at client sites from time to time requiring some travel.

What you bring:

  • 15_+ Years - Previous experience designing and managing complex technical implementation and cutover / migration events.
  • Experience working in a technology or financial services organization and preferably have worked in a vendor/client capacity.
  • Previous experience managing technical teams of 15 or more.
  • Fluent command of English

Good to have:

  • Knowledge of FIS products and services; in-depth knowledge of products and services in assigned line(s) of business
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Knowledge of standards relevant to the Payments industry and its infrastructure.
