What role we’re hiring for:

We are a growing fintech organization looking to add a Client Implementation Engineer based out of Buenos Aires, Argentina!

You’ll act as the technical bridge between the company and clients, ensuring successful implementation of fintech solutions and maximizing customer value.

What you’ll be responsible for in this role:

  • Client-facing implementation work across 3 phases:
  • Pre-implementation (planning, setup)
  • Implementation (deployment, integration)
  • Post-implementation (support, optimization)
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external clients
  • Help improve platform, tooling, and reusable components
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor others
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities

What experiences and skills are necessary to be successful in this role:

  • 3–5 years in implementation or client-facing technical roles
  • 3+ years in financial services (fintech, banking, payments, etc.)
  • Strong experience with:
  • Java-based systems (implementation/support)
  • SQL & NoSQL databases
  • CI/CD pipelines & Git
  • Linux/Unix command line
  • REST APIs (Postman or similar)
  • Secure file handling (SFTP, PGP)
  • Ability to improve processes and automate workflows

Desirable

  • Payments, card systems, or banking integrations
  • AWS, Kubernetes, observability tools
  • Agile tools like Jira & Confluence
