Job Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Implementation Coordinator to support the successful execution of operational initiatives, service implementations, process improvements, and cross-functional projects.

This role will coordinate activities across technical, operations and stakeholder groups to ensure projects are delivered on time, risks are mitigated, and operational teams are prepared for successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate implementation projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Facilitate communication between Operations, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.

  • Track project progress, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation plans.

  • Support operational readiness, process documentation, SOP creation, and training activities.

  • Monitor KPIs and implementation outcomes to ensure successful adoption and performance.

  • Lead follow-up meetings, track action items, and drive accountability across teams.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency.

  • Support the transition of new services, systems, and processes into day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Logistics, Project Management, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, Service Delivery, Implementation, Healthcare Logistics, or related environments.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Advanced English communication skills required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Clinical Trials, or Logistics industries.

  • Exposure to implementation projects, process optimization, or operational excellence initiatives.

  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tools.
