The Implementation Consultant, Project Lead will oversee multiple client implementation projects, acting as a key bridge between customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders. The role requires strong project management capabilities, technical understanding, and the ability to guide teams through successful solution delivery.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for multiple concurrent client projects, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Work directly with clients to understand business requirements, translate needs into operational plans, and ensure successful adoption of solutions.
• Assess client technical readiness and support software configuration, integrations, authentication processes, and deployment activities.
• Design, configure, test, and deliver integration solutions between enterprise systems and digital platforms.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project status meetings, provide reporting updates, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Develop project documentation, implementation plans, and reporting procedures aligned with delivery standards.
• Identify project risks, evaluate potential impacts, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain successful outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders by managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring a customer-focused approach.
• Collaborate with project teams on lessons learned, process improvements, and continuous delivery enhancements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings experience in implementation consulting, project leadership, and technology delivery, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex customer-facing initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation consulting, or professional services delivery, preferably involving software or web-based solutions.
• Experience managing customer-facing technology implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Familiarity with the complete project lifecycle, including business requirements, architecture, development, testing, and implementation.
• Solid understanding of information technology concepts, including systems development lifecycle, integrations, and implementation methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively within virtual and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using AI and automation tools to improve workflows, decision-making, reporting, and project insights.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Applied Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Project Management certification such as PMP or CAPM is considered an asset.
