Senior Implementation Consultant Germany
Location: Germany | Hybrid | Travel to customer sites across Germany

Germany is an important growth market for us. You won’t be stepping into a fully established structure. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building, improving and creating long-term impact.

Your role

As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will guide customers through successful ERP implementations.

You understand industrial business processes and know how to translate operational needs into practical ERP solutions.

You will manage implementation projects from start to finish and work closely with customers throughout the full implementation lifecycle.

During your first 1 to 3 months, you will work alongside Dutch colleagues and customers to learn our systems, implementation methodology and product environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects for new customers

• Analyse manufacturing and operational business processes

• Lead customer workshops and gather requirements

• Configure ERP solutions

• Support testing, validation and data migration

• Guide customers through go live phases

• Train end users and customer teams

• Work closely with teams in Germany and the Netherlands

• Help expand our presence in the German market

What you bring

• Strong ERP knowledge is required

• Experience leading or supporting implementation projects

• Strong understanding of industrial and manufacturing business processes are required

• Experience within manufacturing environments are required

• Comfortable working in a growing market where not everything is fully built yet

• Willingness to travel to customer sites 2 to 3 days per week

• Native German language skills are required

• Professional English communication skills are required

• You can live anywhere in Germany. Living near Goch is a plus, but not required

• Travel to Leusden is required on a quarterly basis.

What we offer

Salary: €4,280 to €6,585 per month

• Permanent contract with a 6 month probation period

• Position for 36 to 40 hours per week

• Competitive base salary paid in 12 monthly installments

• Annual bonus of 5%

• Additional consulting bonus of 7% once fully billable, typically after your first year
