Bennett Thrasher (“BT”) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate who will be responsible for leading solutions implementation projects, implementing and spearheading AI projects, and leveraging APIs to integrate various products. This hands-on role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of technology, a strategic mindset, and the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Solutions Implementation Projects: Lead the execution of technology solutions from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• AI Project Leadership: Implement and lead AI initiatives, driving innovation and utilizing cutting-edge technologies to enhance business outcomes
• API Integration: Utilize APIs to integrate and enhance product offerings, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimized functionality.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with C-level executives and senior leadership to understand organizational goals, define strategies, and develop technology roadmaps.
• Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and benchmarks to assess the effectiveness and impact of technology initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record in solutions implementation, system integration and troubleshooting.
• Proven project management & risk management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI technologies, LLM, API integration, and current technology trends.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving strategic goals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with C-level executives and senior leadership.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute technology strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive innovation
• This role requires working in the office for the first 90 days. After that, it will transition to a hybrid schedule.
