Implementation Analyst Senior (Prepaid Card / Banking and Payments Domain) - Night Shift

Job Location: Bangalore / Chennai

About the team

The Prepaid Implementation Team supports end-to-end implementation of Prepaid Clients into Prepaid Programs and changes. We partner with Product, Development, QA, Client Management, and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, coordinate configuration and data readiness, validate results through testing, and ensure smooth go live.

What you will be doing:

• Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements for Prepaid Card implementations.

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, product teams, and technical teams to deliver successful implementation solutions.

• Analyze business processes, transaction flows, and system requirements to define implementation approaches and solution designs.

• Configure and customize Prepaid Card solutions to meet client and business requirements.

• Evaluate implementation requirements and identify potential risks, dependencies, and impacts to project delivery.

• Analyze complex implementation scenarios and recommend solutions to optimize system functionality and client outcomes.

• Develop and maintain implementation-related scripts, configurations, and solution components to support client requirements.

• Create and maintain detailed implementation documentation, configuration guides, process flows, and project deliverables.

• Document solution designs, business rules, and implementation decisions to support future enhancements and knowledge transfer.

• Support system, integration, and user acceptance testing activities to ensure solutions meet business and client expectations.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues identified during project execution and testing phases.

• Coordinate implementation activities, production deployments, and client onboarding efforts throughout the project lifecycle.

• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and implementation updates to internal and external stakeholders.

• Gather and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and service improvements.

• Lead implementation discussions, provide subject matter expertise, and support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work independently under general supervision while managing implementation deliverables and achieving project milestones.

• Share knowledge, best practices, and implementation expertise with team members and stakeholders.

• Work on multiple client implementation projects and drive successful project outcomes.

What you bring:

• 6+ years of experience in Implementation Analyst Role.

• Strong Banking and Payments domain knowledge.

• Experience with Prepaid Card Programs and Issuer Processing.

• Experience in end-to-end implementation and project delivery lifecycle.

• Strong understanding of prepaid card transaction flows and payment processing.

• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.

• Experience in test planning, execution, and validation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Willing to work on regular night shifts (8AM to 5PM US Central Time)

• Knowledge of FIS Prepaid Products is added advantage.
