
Our Scheme Benefits Team is looking for an enthusiastic experienced pension professional to join the team as an Implementation Analyst (Level 2).
If you have a flair for requirement analysis, problem solving and have experience in pensions then why not develop your skills further through providing top service to clients by working in project delivery.
The Scheme Benefits team sits within our Implementation Department whose responsibility it is to implement first class pension administration solutions for our new and existing clients. Our span of projects can range from large blue chip strategic transformational deliveries through to small bespoke client solutions. Working closely with other stakeholders our activities and skills are wide and varied.
In this role the Implementation Analyst (Level 2) will play a pivotal role in any implementation project, interpreting and documenting scheme rules and developing processes. We work alongside the Data Team who onboard data and the Configuration Team who automate calculations.
We will provide ongoing training on our systems and team processes and support the ongoing development of your pensions knowledge.

Identify and document queries and issues
Support the resolution of queries and issues
Implement the product(s)/service(s) on our technology platform(s)
Deliver tools to allow successful calculation automation and data migration
Support Implementation Consultants through the efficient delivery of project tasks
Deliver end user tools and documents to support operational readiness for the day to day administration
Mentor and coach new/junior Implementation Analysts
What we are looking for?
Experience on Defined Benefit pensions and/or employee benefits administration processes/software
Able to review and interpret scheme rules and documentation
Strong attention to detail
Strong analysis
Great communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Strong time management
Ability to prioritise own workload whilst taking account of wider project deliverables
