What responsibilities will you be trusted with for the Sr. Analyst Role:
  • Primary responsibility to build chatbot solutions working closely with the PMs, IEs and QAs
  • Working with PMs to map solutions for projects that solve customer's business goals, keeping the user experience at the centre of the thought process
  • Managing client communications for project updates, clarification calls, daily scrum calls
  • In-depth knowledge about the platform and also mentor Analysts with queries related to their responsibilities and upskill them with the platform capabilities
  • Leading the projects end to end right from Solutioning to go live
  • Assisting the QA in testing the bot to debug and fixes the issues raised

What skills, expertise, and experience are we looking for?
  • 1+yrs preferred
  • Understanding of APIs/backend system preferred
