Implantology Sales Specialist – North Sydney Territory

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for healthcare and relationship building? Join Dentsply Sirona, a global leader in dental innovation, and play a key role in growing our Implant Solutions business across the North Sydney territory.

About the Role

As an Implantology Sales Specialist, you will drive sales growth and expand market share of our implant portfolio within your territory. You’ll build strong relationships with clinicians and key decision-makers, delivering tailored solutions and long-term value.

You will be part of a high-performing national implants team, working closely with marketing, clinical specialists, and equipment experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, specialists, and key stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximise business opportunities
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to optimise results
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting

About You

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within dental, medical, or healthcare industries
  • Strong understanding of the sales process with a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Commercially astute with strong problem-solving skills

Desirable

  • Background or qualifications in dental, healthcare, or a related field
  • Experience in implantology or surgical sales
  • Formal sales training
