Responsible for managing end-to-end import and export operations within a PEZA-registered environment (Lima Technology Center). This role ensures compliance with PEZA and customs regulations, oversees shipping activities (small/heavy parcel), and leads a team to deliver efficient and timely logistics operations.
About the job:
Oversee daily import/export activities, shipment planning, and coordination with forwarders, brokers, and carriers.
Ensure proper processing of PEZA permits (IP, EP, LOA) and maintain audit-ready documentation in line with regulations.
Manage air, and sea shipments, ensuring cost efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
Supervise Import, Export, Small Parcel, and PEZA processing teams; manage workload, performance, and development.
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics and strong service performance.
Ensure accuracy of shipping documents and provide regular performance and compliance reports.
Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Other duties as assigned.
About you:
Associate degree, two-year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred
Five to seven years of experience
Previous experience supporting logistics
Strong experience in PEZA operations and compliance is advantage
Preferable with knowledge of customs regulations, shipping processes, and SAP
Proficient in MS Office
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
