Shift Schedule 32 hours per week. The core schedule will be during weekday hours; however, occasional evening hours may be required based on programming needs. While there may be some flexibility in determining the specific days and hours worked, the selected candidate will be expected to maintain a consistent schedule from week to week.
Job Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly
Pay Range: $29.04 – $30.53 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Job Duties:
• Provide leadership, administration, and operational oversight of the Impaired Driver Program;
• Ensure compliance with NYS DMV requirements, regulations, and program standards;
• Supervise, train, and support IDP instructors in the delivery of approved curriculum;
• Oversee participant enrollment, scheduling, documentation, records, and program reporting;
• Monitor program operations, compliance, audits, and continuous improvement activities;
• Maintain communication with DMV, IDP stakeholders, and the IDP Directors Association;
• Facilitate classes as needed, support participants, and maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries; and
• Collaborate with Hope House leadership and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Minimum of an associate degree preferred;
• Valid driver’s license;
• Experience facilitating educational groups, trainings, or classes preferred;
• Ability to attend the Prime for Life training required upon hire.
