• Vermarktung von mandatierten Immobilien
• Bewertung von Immobilien
• Repräsentation von Swiss Life Immopulse im Bereich Immobilien
• Vermittlung von Vorsorgegeschäften und Hypotheken (Cross Selling)
  

Ihre Stärken

• Mehrjährige (mind. 2 Jahre), nachweisbare Erfahrung als Immobilienmakler
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Landessprache(n) von Vorteil
• Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Verkaufskompetenz und konsequente Kundenorientierung
• Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und Teamfähigkeit
• Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine selbstständige, ziel- und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Belastbarkeit, Kontaktfreude und souveränes Auftreten
