Job Title: Manager-Immigration

Vialto Partners is seeking motivated and experienced visa services professionals to join their team. The Immigration manager is responsible for assisting individuals travelling to Australia for business. The main focus is to assist multinational organisations with their immigration needs and ensuring that the business and individual remain compliant with their immigration obligations at all times. The main focus of this position will be managing all aspects of visa application process and to develop and maintain business relationships with our clients.

  • You will work within a close-knit team, sharing your knowledge and expertise with others, as well as continuing to build your own technical expertise or specialism.
  • Prepare documents to be submitted to the Immigration Bureau of Australia.
  • Provide consultations for the preparation of documents to be submitted to the Immigration Bureau of Australia.
  • Submit document and communicate with the Immigration Bureau on the client's behalf.
  • Responsible for managing own assignments/clients and driving the process for said client.
  • Delegation and coordination with internal and overseas teams.
  • Managing cases from beginning to end, ensuring all costs accounted for and cases billed.
  • Conduct ad-hoc duties, as instructed by line manager.
  • Research/validate document requirements, application procedures, timeframes, eligibility issues with the Immigration Bureau by phone or occasionally in person, if required; develop effective working relationships with the Immigration Bureau.
  • Develop effective client relationships.
  • Proactively seek opportunities in the market.
  • Advise clients on global immigration policies and processes.
  • Provide strategic management and planning.
  • Liaise with HR contacts to support the visa process.
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to client pursuits.
  • Undertake research to stay informed of market activity.
  • Connect market trends and insights to client issues and business factors.
  • Support the management of key client relationships and build and strengthen own network within the firm and externally with clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
  • Required Fields of Study: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or any related field
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in Thailand Inbound immigration
  • Certification(s) Required: Nil
  • Language: English
  • Manage a team of 7-10 members.
