Immigration Law Clerk (US and Canada)
Our Client is an award winning Canadian Downtown Firm, and they are looking to hire a Law Clerk with at least 3 years of experience working on all matters pertaining to Canadian and US Immigration
Your new role
In this new role you will be responsible for implementing various immigration strategies to deliver on clients’ needs and mitigate immigration risks You will also be required to draft legal forms, prepare documents and submissions independently at the instruction of a lawyer In your new role you will also be required to stay abreast of changes in immigration law, regulation, and policy
What you will need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you must have minimum of 3+ years immigration experience. You will bring with you a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills, and would-be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace. To succeed you should also have Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to relate to people at all levels.
