Immigration Litigation Attorney (Onsite)
Opportunity with a Client of New Gig Solutions

We’re working with a well-established, nationally recognized immigration law firm that is continuing to grow and looking to add an Immigration Litigation Attorney to the team. This is an onsite role with up to 20% travel and is a great fit for someone who enjoys being in court, managing their own caseload, and wants real long-term growth.

This isn’t just a plug-and-play role—the firm is looking for someone who can step in, handle hearings confidently, and grow within the practice over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be actively handling immigration litigation matters from start to finish, including:

• Appearing in Immigration Court for master calendar and individual hearings (in-person and WebEx)
• Preparing and filing applications with Immigration Court and USCIS
• Advising clients on case strategy, updates, and next steps
• Reviewing court notices, decisions, and deadlines with clients
• Conducting legal research and staying ahead of regulatory changes
• Working closely with the broader legal team to keep cases moving efficiently

What They’re Looking For

• 4+ years of immigration and/or litigation experience
• Strong courtroom presence and comfort handling EOIR matters
• JD and active bar license in any state
• Solid writing, research, and organizational skills
• Someone who can operate independently but also work well within a team
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
