Our Employment Law and Global Employment Services team advises clients on national and international employment matters, helping them meet their legal obligations while managing workforces in Belgium and abroad. We combine legal expertise with practical business solutions to help clients navigate increasingly complex employment landscapes.

As a Junior Labour Law Consultant, you will work alongside experienced professionals and support multinational and local clients on a variety of employment, social security, and compensation-related matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate or junior professional looking to build expertise within an international consulting environment.

As a Junior Labour Law Consultant, you will:

• Assist clients with national and international employment law, social security, and employment-related matters.
• Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs in both domestic and cross-border employment contexts.
• Analyze employment scenarios and translate technical calculations into clear legal and practical advice.
• Draft employment contracts, policies, legal advice, and other employment-related documentation.
• Conduct legal research and monitor legislative developments affecting clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various service lines to deliver integrated workforce solutions.
• Support the efficient delivery of client engagements while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and a service-oriented approach.
• Utilize technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, knowledge sharing, and client service delivery.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Master's degree in law.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in employment law, HR legal services, or a related field.
• Strong interest in labor law and international employment matters.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong drafting and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
