Hiring a Immigration Advisor and Sales - Lahore(Onsite)

About the Company:

Our client is an immigration consultancy firm that provides complete support and guidance to individuals planning to move abroad.

We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Immigration Advisor specializing in immigration services. This is a sales-based position that requires hands-on experience in selling immigration services and achieving conversion targets. The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of various immigration pathways and procedures. This role involves direct client interaction, sales conversion, and accurate process guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations with clients regarding immigration services.

• Assess eligibility based on education, work experience, language proficiency, and other relevant criteria.

• Advise clients on suitable immigration pathways based on their profiles.

• Communicate process details clearly and convert inquiries into successful sales.

• Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, policies, and requirements for different countries.

• Collaborate with internal processing teams for smooth case handling.

• Maintain and update CRM systems daily with client interactions, follow-ups, and progress updates.
  

• Achieve individual sales targets consistently.

• Deliver exceptional client service with attention to accuracy and professionalism.

Required Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in immigration sales.

• Strong understanding of immigration processes, documentation, and procedures.

• Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

• Client-oriented approach with a proven record of achieving sales targets.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Other Details:

Experience: 3 to 5 years
Location: Dha Phase 4, Lahore, Pakistan
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Fridays are off)
