Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary + Benefits

Main Duties:

• Manage inbound high-net-worth enquiries and convert qualified leads
• Advise clients on program eligibility, investment thresholds, and due diligence
• Partner with private banks, family offices, and wealth managers
• Prepare fee proposals, engagement letters, and negotiating terms
• Representi the firm at domestic and international industry events
• Track pipeline progression and report conversion metrics
• Oversee end-to-end applications including property and contributions
• Manage authority communications and compliance reviews

What skills do you need:

• 2 plus years working on Malta residency and citizenship frameworks
• Proven experience handling source of wealth and due diligence documentation
• Strong background in client facing advisory roles
• Fluent English suitable for sophisticated international clients
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple files independently
• Degree in law or background in tax and private client advisory preferred

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
