Ontime Healthcare is actively seeking an Immediately Available Cost Estimator with extensive experience in interior fitout projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing precise and competitive cost estimates to support project bids and manage budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze architectural drawings and project specifications related to interior fitout works.
• Estimate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors accurately.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand scope and deliverables.
• Prepare detailed and clear cost reports and tender documentation.
• Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market prices.
• Monitor project costs and provide timely reports to management.
• Identify and suggest potential cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cost Estimator specifically in the interior fitout industry.
• Strong knowledge of materials, labor rates, and market conditions in the UAE.
• Proficiency in cost estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability to join is essential.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
