Right at Home has several openings for AM Shifts for in-home clients . Experience in providing personal care and using positive verbal ques and demonstrating a professional work ethic with excellent communication skills a must. Good driving record in order to transport client is required. We are looking for consistency and very reliable caregivers for our clients. On-the-job paid training is provided. Please provide three excellent professional references when applying and the wage is competitive. Shifts begin at 6:15am; 7am; 8am; 8:30am M-F. shifts ending 11; 12; 2; & 3pm Apply immediately in order to acquire these hours for your schedule. Other responsibilities include:

• Transporting client to doctor's appointment
• Transferring clients using a gait belt and possibly a lift
• PT reminders w/motivational support
• Some lifting required
• Light House Keeping

Who we are looking for:

• Someone who loves helping others with a positive attitude
• Previous personal care experience with good decision making abilities
• Caregivers located in Columbia, Jefferson City, and Centralia
• Professional attitude & Excellent communication skills
• Responsible & reliable individuals with 3 excellent professional references
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an insured automobile for work - must be able to provide proof of insurance.
• Pass a written competency evaluation and a nationwide background check

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
