Job Description

BLUEHAWK is seeking an experienced IMINT Analyst – Expert to provide advanced Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) and Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) support to high-priority Department of Defense and Intelligence Community missions. The selected candidate will leverage extensive experience in satellite imagery exploitation, geospatial analysis, and intelligence production to identify, assess, and report on foreign military capabilities, infrastructure, and activities in support of operational, strategic, and national security objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in commercial and national technical means (NTM), advanced GEOINT analytical methodologies, imagery exploitation, and military intelligence production. This individual will work collaboratively with analysts across multiple intelligence disciplines and government organizations to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence to senior military and government leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced imagery intelligence (IMINT) and GEOINT analysis utilizing national, commercial, and theater collection capabilities.
  • Exploit and interpret multi-source geospatial data, satellite imagery, and remote sensing products to support operational and strategic intelligence requirements.
  • Produce high-quality intelligence assessments, reports, briefing materials, and multimedia presentations for senior government decision-makers.
  • Perform foundational military intelligence analysis and develop baseline intelligence reporting on foreign military capabilities, facilities, infrastructure, and activities.
  • Apply advanced photogrammetric principles and geospatial analytical techniques to derive accurate intelligence assessments.
  • Develop innovative collection strategies and collaborate with collection managers to optimize GEOINT collection efforts.
  • Utilize GEOINT exploitation software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, ArcGIS, and other government-approved analytical tools.
  • Apply Object-Based Production (OBP), Structured Observation Management (SOM), and Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI) methodologies to improve analytic accuracy and mission outcomes.
  • Conduct analytic modeling, trend analysis, pattern-of-life analysis, and predictive assessments using geospatial and intelligence data.
  • Collaborate with analysts across GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, and All-Source disciplines to integrate intelligence into comprehensive assessments.
  • Coordinate with organizations throughout the Intelligence Community (IC), National System for GEOINT (NSG), Combatant Commands, and DoD agencies on technical and substantive intelligence matters.
  • Ensure all intelligence products comply with Intelligence Community standards, GEOINT doctrine, and applicable Army, NSG, and IC policies.
  • Present complex intelligence findings to senior military leadership, operational planners, and government stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level analysts by providing technical guidance, quality assurance, and best practices for imagery exploitation and GEOINT analysis.
  • Support time-sensitive intelligence requirements and dynamic operational tasking in a high-tempo mission environment

Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following:

  • Doctoral Degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, Geospatial Sciences, or a related discipline and 5 years of current GEOINT analysis experience; OR
  • Master's Degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, Geospatial Sciences, or a related discipline and 10 years of current GEOINT analysis experience; OR
  • Bachelor's Degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, Geospatial Sciences, or a related discipline and 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience, including at least 8 years of current GEOINT analysis experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Remote Sensing, Geospatial Sciences, Geography, Cartography, Political Science, a relevant STEM discipline, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience applying space-based GEOINT capabilities to intelligence analysis.
  • Expert knowledge of U.S. Government and commercial satellite systems, collection capabilities, tasking processes, and imagery collection protocols.
  • Expert proficiency using GEOINT exploitation tools including:
    • RemoteView
    • SOCET GXP
    • ArcGIS
    • Comparable GEOINT exploitation software
  • Strong understanding of photogrammetric principles and imagery measurement techniques.
  • Extensive experience conducting Foundational Military Intelligence (FMI) analysis and baseline intelligence production.
  • Experience applying:
    • Object-Based Production (OBP)
    • Structured Observation Management (SOM)
    • Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI)
  • Experience developing analytic models and predictive intelligence assessments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with analysts across multiple intelligence disciplines and functional organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Army GEOINT doctrine, National System for GEOINT (NSG) policies, and Intelligence Community standards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing executive-level intelligence reports and multimedia briefings.
  • Ability to present complex intelligence findings to senior military and government leadership.
  • Current active TS/SCI security clearance with a current SSBI.

Desired Qualifications

  • GPC-II Imagery Certification.
  • Experience with commercial visualization and geospatial visualization software.
  • Experience exploiting non-traditional GEOINT data sources.
  • Experience integrating commercial imagery into intelligence production.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using statistical and analytical software such as:
    • SPSS
    • SAS
    • MATLAB
    • Similar COTS analytics platforms
  • Experience with data analytics, automation, and advanced visualization techniques.
  • Experience presenting technical or operational intelligence at Intelligence Community forums, working groups, conferences, or symposiums.
