Introduction

We are looking for high-caliber undergraduate or graduate students in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Banking or other related fields who are interested in working in the M&A Advisory team.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a multi-cultural team, comprised of professionals with varied backgrounds who are dedicated to the daily activities associated with M&A Function.

Teamworking, problem solving and analytical skills are what we are looking for in our new colleagues.

Activities

Main activities / tasks:

• To support the M&A function with day-to-day activities including preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials
• Gather public information through numerous sources

• Analyse company performance on an absolute and relative basis
• Assist in the creation of models for financial analysis, forecasts and valuation metrics
• Assist in the drafting of "teasers" and Confidential Information Memorandums for sell-side assignments
• Assist in the execution of deals
• Produce and maintain various databases

What you will learn

• You will support the M&A team in day-to-day desk activities, marketing pitchbooks and related materials.
• You will assist senior colleagues in the executions of deals and in the production of all relevant material.

Requirements

• Degree in economics and financial disciplines highly preferred, engineering degrees can also be considered
• Proficiency in both Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in Corporate Finance and Accounting analysis
• Knowledge and application skills of the main company valuation methods (DCF, LBO analysis, Multiples)
