Job Description

Introduction

Under the supervision of the Head of International Desk, provide daily and operational support to theRelationship Managers (RM) and the assistants in developing and maintaining the relationships with largecorporate clients. Contribute to ensure coordination between product teams, clients and RMs.
This role involves activities mainly as administrative tasks and business development.

Activities

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day relationships with clients under the RMs and Assistant guidance;
  • Assist to maintaining customer accounts and updating customer information;
  • Assist customers with inquiries, account opening and general banking transactions;
  • Support the front office team in handling inquiries, addressing concerns and providing services;
  • Contribute to the evaluation of credit risk and the preparation of credit proposals;
  • Assist in analyzing financial statements and creditworthiness of corporate client;
  • Assist in preparing pitch materials, presentations and proposals for new business opportunities;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, insights and best practices;
  • Support team members in ad hoc project;
  • Adhere to banking regulations, internal policies and compliance procedures;
  • Assist in conducting due diligence checks and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes

  • You will learn to analyze account statements and overall the commercial strategy to be implemented with clients
  • You will develop familiarity with business, credit analysis and several products offered by the bank

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Fluent in French Italian and English;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Degree in Finance & Economics;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal);
  • Analytical skills and ability to understand and exploit financial information and databases andunderstanding of corporate finance principles;
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Selection

The selection process is divided in two phases: you will carry out a remote video interview and, if successful, we will invite you to an interview with colleagues from the concerned structure. In any case, you will receive feedback regarding your application.
