This is a full time 190 day per year position.
For the 2026-27 school year the position would start 10/5/2026 and work 144 days.
Salary would be pro-rated for the 2026-27 school year to $34,359 - $40,089.60 (Actual salary will be pro-rated based on actual start date)

PRIMARY ROLE:
Provide specialized health support and nursing services to students and staff as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) under the clinical direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities include performing assigned nursing tasks, delivering health-related support and promoting student safety and well-being.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility and essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Individual will hold a valid driver's license and have reliable, insured transportation.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Hold a valid Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License or higher
- Experience working with children who exhibit chronic health conditions
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Follow IMESD guidelines, rules and procedures
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality
- Exhibit regular punctuality and attendance

- Prioritize workload to accurately meet job requirements and timelines

- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications
- Ability to listen and respond effectively in emergencies, making sound decisions using RN medical protocols, and support students in high-stress situations.
