Job Responsibilities:

What you can expect

• Create, review, and maintain material data submissions in the International Material Data System (IMDS)
• Analyze material and substance information received from suppliers
• Verify data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
• Support the collection and validation of material declarations and compliance documents
• Communicate with suppliers regarding missing information, corrections, and data quality issues
• Assist in tracking and resolving IMDS rejections and customer feedback
• Maintain databases, reports, and compliance records
• Support compliance activities related to automotive regulations and restricted substances
• Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, quality, and supplier management teams
• Participate in continuous improvement activities related to material compliance processes

What you'll bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work with databases and large volumes of data
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to learn technical systems and compliance processes
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Organized and structured way of working
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Willingness to learn automotive standards and regulatory requirements
