This 29-bed IMC/Tele unit is looking for a confident, experienced RN ready to manage complex cardiac patients and titratable drips in a well-supported environment.
Assignment Details: - Specialty: IMC/Tele – Cardiac/Tele/Dialysis - Department: 3N MS/IMC - Assignment Length: 13 weeks - Shift: 4x12 nights (36 hrs/week also available) - Weekly Pay: $3,066.00 - Weekend Requirement: Every other - Holiday Requirement: Every other
Requirements: - Current RN license - Minimum 2 years recent RN experience in a busy hospital setting - Experience with post-procedural cath lab patients - Management of TR band compression devices - Experience with post-cardiac surgical patients - Chest pain management experience - Certifications required: ACLS and BLS

Unit Snapshot: - 29-bed cardiac stepdown unit - Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:4 on days through 2300; 1:5-6 on nights after 2300 - Nurse aides on unit (1:10 days, 1:10-12 evenings, 1:15 after 2300) - 24/7 central telemetry unit reads and interprets all strips — no strip-reading required of bedside RNs - RT available 24/7 for nebulizers, inhalers, CPAP, BiPAP, and Vapotherm - No on-call or standby requirement unless picking up an extra shift - 2-shift orientation (1 HR onboarding, 1 unit-based)
