The Cardiac Sonographer Lead partners closely with the manager to provide day-to-day leadership and support for the team. The Lead promotes high-quality patient care, supports staff development and accountability, assists with operational and clinical excellence, and helps ensure the team delivers on the promise of exceptional patient-centered care.

Plans the workflow and employee distributions within the department. Provides various lead functions within the Non-Invasive Echocardiography department while providing functional guidance to staff. Ensures staff interacts with patients and others in a positive manner and are competent to care for patients from pediatric through geriatric. Success is accomplished by promoting a team-oriented and service conscious environment.
