Allegheny Health Network (AHN)isbuilding the future in our Imaging Institute by adding several services and locations to the network. TheImaging Institute’s Division of Neuroradiologyisrecruitingpart-time and full-time neuroradiologists for onsite/hybrid and remote positions

Job Duties:

  • Providea full range of diagnosticneuroradiologyservices toAHN facilities includinga Level 1 trauma center, level 2 trauma center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, Primary Stroke Centers, and a variety of cancer centers.

  • Equipmentincludes state-of-the art imaging technologies, including recently installed 3T MRIs throughout AHN and a photon-counting CT at our flagship hospital, Allegheny General Hospital

  • AHNutilizesa range of RAPID products for acute stroke imaging.Icometrixwas recently employed for imaging of dementia, epilepsy, and multiple sclerosis imaging.

  • 24/7 MRIs at two hospitalsenabletherapeutic decision-making for “wake up” strokes.

  • Functional MRI at Allegheny General Hospital

  • Participate fully in a division which supplies services to 14 hospitals and multiple imaging centers.

  • Involvement inclinical and didactic teaching to the residents and medical students is desired.

  • Active participation inmultidisciplinary conferences.

Compensation Overview

  • Salary Range: $420,000-$1,100,000

  • Competitive base salary withadditionalcompensation for weekend call, value-based care and academic productivity, onsite coverage, and clinical productivity

  • ReasonablewRVUrequirements with opportunity for incentive over target

  • RVU expectation (based on years of experience):10,870-13,165

  • Signing and starting bonus eligibility

Job Qualifications:

  • Certifiedor eligible for certification by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Radiology and Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Neuroradiology

  • Successful completion of fellowship trainingin neuroradiology

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified inRadiology  

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) 

  • Participation in Maintenance of Certification or eligibility for such isrequired

  • Activelyparticipatein the training program in terms of clinical and didactic teaching to the residents and medical students.

  • Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment
