What you'll be doing

Performs Image Analysis Functions as may be Required by:

  • Performing measurements as a protocol reader, when applicable

  • Performing client or internal demonstrations of image processing

  • Reviewing and preparing images for submission to client and/or agency

  • Leading training sessions for prequants and analysis

  • Performing second checks of analysis readings and providing constructive feedback

Ensures Quality of Image Data as may be Required by:

  • Reviewing and analyzing image data for clarity and quality

  • Verifying image data is in compliance with project protocol requirements

  • Generating image queries when needed

  • Working with therapeutic team to notify Sponsor/Site for proper resolution of quality issues

  • Assisting in archiving data for completed projects

  • Leading training sessions for quality control

Maintains Quality Service and Departmental Standards by

  • Reading, understanding, and adhering to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Assisting in establishing and enforcing departmental standards

  • Participating in user acceptance testing for new tools and software enhancements

  • Participating in the modification of company SOPs related to the department

Contribute to Team Effort by:

  • Exploring new opportunities to add value to organization and departmental processes

  • Helping internal and external customers to achieve results

  • Communicating with different internal departments regarding image quality, deliverables, data discrepancies, and issues needing resolution

  • Attending project specific, system and team focused trainings

  • Training employees on imaging modalities and system applications, including proprietary and 3rd party

  • Performing other duties as assigned

What we look for

  • Bachelors degree in science or health-related field preferred or equivalent experience preferred

  • Medical Imaging / Radiology experience required

  • 1 years + of progressively advanced operations responsibilities in support of clinical trials preferred.

  • Experience with human anatomy preferred

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, track projects, and follow through with assigned tasks

  • Ability to work quickly and accurately with strict attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments; strong problem solving and analytical skills, focused on results

  • Self-motivated and ability to work successfully with minimal supervision

  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities

  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office

  • Excellent attention and orientation toward meticulous work

  • Strong motivational skills and abilities, promoting a team-based approach

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in English

  • Ability to project and maintain professional and positive attitude
